[16.21] Enable_all_prototypes open all hidden items

I used it, and I had all the items opened and even those that were hidden

initially hidden objects will not be displayed

i think WIZ4 was expecting it to just open the hidden items.
the loaders, small plane, railgun and darts, player port (teleporter when dead), infinity chests.
doesn't seem to unlock the belt belt-immunity-equipment. maybe that can't be researched?

Then function does what its name suggests, it enables all prototypes. There no difference bettween loader recipe prototype and nuclear reactor recipe prototype, except there happens to be technology which unlocks nuclear reactor recipe.
There is not recipe to craft belt-immunity-equipment item defined in vanilla prototypes, so you can't have it in crafting menu even after enabling all prototypes.
Not a bug.
