If the name of an item is very long, it will exceed the width of the tooltip of the recipe that uses it.

To reproduce:
1. Change the locale of entity-name.fast-transport-belt to something very long
2. Research all tech
3. Hover over express transport belt recipe

Thanks for the report. It's now fixed for the next version of 0.16.
