Razor Synapse and Chroma Issues

So this is more an FYI as it took me a while to figure out my issue.
So my issue was that Factorio was not loading. Did a verify file integrity check. I removed all mods. I re-installed the game. Cleared the entire folder in appdata/roaming/factorio. Nothing was working. Was about to uninstall a few things that I had recently installed since the last time I ran the game without issues. Then I remembered yesterday I updated Razer Synapse. I never had the issue before because not everything Razer product I had did not have Chroma. (Keyboard/Headset, only had Chroma Mouse.) Since everything I now have is Chroma. I also have my case lighting change colors automatically depending on the game I am playing. Well as such, I restarted my computer to finish the Razer Synapse install and viola, Factorio started without any issues. So much work for nothing.
TL;DR If you have Razor Synapse Chroma and update it, restart or some games wont work.
