Just got the game closing/crashing after 30% in loading screen bug.
Deleting appdata folder didnt change anything (I was playing on 0.16.20).
(I saw the thread about this error and supposedly it got fixed in 0.16.1)
Seems like its back x)

It still happens after completely reinstalling the game
again on 0.16.20
Played the game for 26 hours with no problems until now.
Mods were installed until the problem came.
Now I dont have any mods installed, but it still crashes.

Help is much appriciated

Moved install location to my HDD, same problem, but now it closes/crashes after 31% instead of 30%.

Just tested on 0.16.19, but the same thing happens again, will test other 0.16.xx versions to see if its only specific ones.

Ok just tested every 0.16 version (those that are available on steam), (0.16.7, 0.16.12, 0.16.13, 0.16.14, 0.16.15, 0.16.16, 0.16.17, 0.16.18, 0.16.19, 0.16.20).
All of them result in the exact same problem.

Can you please upload the log file?

Ok so it also doesnt work on 0.15.40... Which is weird since its labled as "stable". Im guessing now that it might be a driver issue? Maybe its my NVIDIA GPU settings.

Where are the log files located? I tried finding them earlier, but couldnt find any.

Neither of those log files shows any crash in them - they jsut end.

What's your ram usage look like in task manager before, during, and after a crash?

During game it was about 60-80% usage (I have a total of 8GB RAM).

When opening the game now: Before opening 45-47% RAM usage, after starting game until crash it goes up to 50%.

Does it load without the mods? 4 GB of available RAM for all of those mods with high-res sprites may not be enough.

As I already said, no mods are installed at the moment. + Steam cloud is also disabled.

Just tried running the game on my intel integrated graphics instead of my GTX 1060 Max-Q, but the same problem occurs.

Your "current" log file shows it's trying to load a bunch of mods.

I made a backup folder of when the problem first occured with both appdata and steam install directory files.
I took the log files from there, so it probably isnt the up to date one.
Here are the logs from the reinstallation:

Try changing graphics quality from "high" to "normal" in the config file (it should be located in the config folder next to the log file).
