[0.16.20] Map editor doesn't save to scenarios

I have been having some trouble with the map editor not saving the changes i made
It might just be me doing something wrong, but it might also be a bug, so here it is.
I created a user scenario scenario with the "--map2scenario" command.
I edit it in the map editor and save the changes.
I then open the map under scenarios, but the changes are not there.
Go back in the map editor, and the changes are there.
