when a train is in the dropoff zone, how would i make it so if another train is coming in from either mine how would i stop it befor it hits the intersection and without playing around with the tracks (im back at trains)

You remove all signals between junction and unload station, but the whole setup will only work if you have only one train per mine.

You should read up on waiting bays and stackers.
