[16.18] Manually deconstructing ghosts costs axe durability

Minor bug, but it cost me an axe so I'm reporting it. The drain is consistently 0.5 per entity with both axes. And it gets spookier the more you think about it.

Thanks for the report however unless one of the other devs wants to change it I don't consider this a bug.

You mine the entity - which happens to be a ghost - and it consumes durability to do it. Just like anything else you mine.

Is it really mining the entity, or just wiping away the ghost? Does mining time even affect ghost deconstruction time? It seems a bit odd to have it affect durability when the thing in question is physically intangible.

Do not try and break the axe. That's impossible. Instead... only try to realize the truth... That there is no axe. Then you'll see, that it is not the axe that breaks, it is only yourself.

In Soviet Factorio, axe breaks you? Or there's the spray stuff that can also break a person depending on the, um, "scent."
