[0.16.17] Crash changing combinator signal

Clicked on a set signal in a combinator to change it, crashed.

This save now crashes almost immediately upon opening. I've got a lot of time into this save so far, really hope I don't have to restart.

I even went back a minute (to autosave 3) and the game still crashes after just over a minute.

Fixed with the .16.18 biter crash fix.
