Headless Server 15.40 on Linux machine

Hi,
I'm using some mods on my server:
And if server is empty CPU usage is really low, but if someone is on the server CPU Usage is 100% Now i noticed that i've got several processes on my server.
Could someone tell me how to reduce the CPU Usage? Maybe its by mods? And why i got multiple processes of factorio?
Server: 2x 2.4 Ghz, 2GB of RAM.
