[0.16.15] Team Production Challenge Wrong Item in requestor

Twitch streamer cl0wnt0wn was hosting a Team production challenge for his subs, a new round started and one task was to produce 6000 stone. One team had stone in their requester the other still had plastic which was given to us in the previous round. The team that had plastic found out at the end of the round that if you started taking plastic out that stone would be requested and come out on the belt.
I have attached the save for you guys to analyze.

Although I couldn't reproduce it, I made it so that chests will get cleared everytime new items are to be added, so it should prevent the issue in the future
