[16.16] Wire conditions for filter stack inserters

I tried to automate 4 Centrifuges running the Enrichment process
The leftmost is working without issue, all others had chests as well, with all but one space open using the limit fill option.
The beacons all have 2 speed module 3s
Stack Filter inserters only select Uranium 235, and have a wire that says only to activate if the chest has more that 40 of that in it (>40). However, the fast arms all around for cycling both types of uranium have just stopped passing to one-another, none of the fast arms have wires attached.
I'm not running any mods.
I couldn't load the page for the "log-file" so I attached the save instead.
