I have seen many ways to automate this slow process, from the simplest to the most complicated, so I have decided to create my own.

The system will load uranium - 235 until it has exactly 40, after that, no more units of uranium - 235 will be collected from the belt, it will only recharge uranium - 238; the system will reuse the 40 units again and again, discharging the excess unit to the conveyor belt ... if they are put in chain, the excess of uranium - 235 will load the following centrifuge and the process will be repeated.

The constant combinator near the filter inserters is for turn ON/OFF the system, it will still continue to load uranium - 235, but not uranium - 238, that way it will be ready for when it is turned ON again.

The lights will show the operating cycle, red for no work, green for working and yellow for two things, end of duty cycle and replenishment, and to show if the system is saturated.

I hope this helps to improve your game :)

More compact, same specifications as the previous one, now the constant combinator is on top of the centrifuge, OFF it allows the operation, ON it stops it.

It's from the Bottleneck mod and changes color if the centrifuge is running or not: https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Bottleneck
