[16.15] Train wagon closed but accessible by inserters

If a train stops at a station and the rear cargo wagon is still a bit on a curved piece of track it will look closed but be accessible by inserters.
How to reproduce?
1. Place a piece of track ten straight rails long and place a train stop at the front
2. Place a curved rail at the rear end of the tracks
3. Make a train stop at your train stop
