Steam backup blueprint?

Hi,
has someone a working steam backup blueprint?
The one i found is just flickering...

You need an SR-Latch to get a hysteresis:

But instead of the power switch, simply switch the water pumps. It*s not as instantaneous, but the short delay until the rest of the water/steam is used up doesn't matter
There are other ways to do this. Like using 2 arithmetic combinators, but that makes setting the limits less intuitive
However keep in mind that now solar power has priority over steam, so it's not necessarily needed anymore. You do it need it you add nuclear though.

My first thought was that it's about making a backup of blueprints from your account, because they don't get sync'd with Steam savegames lol
