[16.15] Multiplayer Issues can't host anymore.

I was playing normally one day and next day stopped working. Since the 16.0 came out i tried host a multiplayer game only 2 times being successful also i can't join in my friends game anymore, but i can join in publics multiplayers normally. (my friends too). To bo more precise when 16.0 came out i played normally with my friends but after some updates (ex: 16.1 ) it stopped working. I tried opening ports on my router, using port manager 2.0, Checking my firewalls but nothing seens to work.
