Just seeing the new shorelines i tested to place land over an Offshore Pump, surprisingly it allowed me. The result is the following, i expected something as a water hole, but it simply shows that, it seems quite a bit unesthetic. Offshore Pump keeps working correctly but it looks a bit weird.

This happened with no mods and in Sandbox mode.

How it must working?

I believe that's the intended behavior. Landfill over a pump and you get a well. Just be careful with the deconstruction planner if you want to keep it there!
