[0.16.9] Passive provider chests and Requester chests

Hello!
After the update to 16.9 i encountered 2 bugs:
1) some of my (not all) passive provider chests are blinking as if they are not connected to the logistic network....but they still provide items.
2) some of my (not all) requester chests are not receiving any items by logistic bots althought there are enough supplies.
I attached a screenshot and my savegame!
