Can you update the mod to 0.16?

Hello - need help on translating the mod to the version of the game 0.16.
Namely, the fashion - Custom Stack Sizes
Maybe I'm not writing there where I should go ...
But I do not understand English ...
The mod was written for version 0.15.
I tried to translate it myself - not much happened.
Because I do not understand very well in modo-building.
If there is an opportunity, desire ...
Somebody put the mod under the version of the game 0.16.
