[0.16.7] Right Panel Train Overlay Scaling Issue

I am running on a 4K screen with the GUI Interface scale set to the OS default which is 200%. Not all of the information fits on the screen.

I'm less sure that's the issue the op was referring to.
I think a 4K screen is typically 3840x2160 (this is the size of the OPs screenshot btw). With the interface scale scaling set at 200%, I would expect all interface elements to be the same relative size as on a 1080p screen. If I set my resolution to 1080p then I get.
