FPS masters welcome!

I have 2 saves (one from me and 2-nd i found in network)
My save with 30 fps another 50. But we have the same upload.
Both maps without mobs. Bot based.

Who can explain me why we have so big differences in FPS?

I didn't look at the maps. But in general more active entities (belts, insterers, assemblers, miners, pipes, biters etc) = more work for your cpu to do each tick. Once that number gets too high, your cpu can no longer simulate everything 60 times per second, and ups (plus fps) start to drop. Some designs are more ups friendly than others.
