[16.6] Unable to remove concrete from 0.12 with deconstruction planner

I can not remove concrete which I installed in version 0.12
On the right is installed concrete version 0.16.6

Do you have the original save file from before you migrated it to 0.16?

Ok, I looked into it and this is a legacy bug from version 0.12 which has been fixed since 0.15.0 but the save is already in the broken state in the 0.12 save you have.
You can fix it on your save by replacing the broken concrete with any other tile (hazard concrete/stones) and then switch it back to normal concrete.
