While setting up a new map, the Map Generator Preset list's scroll bar behaves weirdly when dragged manually: As you drag the scroll bar, it's moving part moves down, but at one point it stops until you try to drag it all the way down. When dragging it up from the lowest point possible, it does nothing until the mouse moved up about two third of the scroll bar.

Thanks for the report. This is fixed for the next version of 0.16.
