If you are trying to craft a tool that requires multiple components from raw components(ie. copper cable for circuit) and your inventory is completely full, components will be dropped on the ground and so is the item that you are crafting. All components that were crafted in that operation were duped.

P.S.S. I don't think that I need to provide my system specs in this case

Crafting an electronic circuit always produces 1 circuit and 1 cable, if you have no cable in your inventory.

Not a bug.

It produces the cable, spits it onto ground and crafts a circuit without using a cable

Dude... One copper plate creates two (2) copper cable. EC requires 3 cables. One is left over. You can't use half a plate
