Add tiles for roads, traffic lights with no collision

TL;DR
With the new concrete looking so noisy I yearn for some nice dark and quite roads with white lines. Maybe even glow in the dark lines.
What ?
Modern roads have a smooth and uniform surface and markers showing the sides of the road and often the mid line or lanes. The markers are often reflective or fluorescent to be really visible at night. Roads also often have painted on arrows for directions or warning signs (i.e. Train ahead).
I want to build modern roads and concrete just doesn't look like road.
Why ?
Having dedicated lanes for cars to travel, dedicated walk ways and dedicated train crossings is not only a great benefit to ones health but also helps getting around the base due to the faster walking/driving speed. It also looks great.

They look really nice. I wonder how many icon_size and other trivial but painful changes I have to insert for it to work for 0.16.
Now i'm missing traffic lights and automatic beams for train crossings. Lights and gates would ruin the look of the roads.
