[0.16.5] Inserter::update crash?

What did you do?
We're not sure if someone placed a pole or not at crash. But it seems to occur about 3 minutes after loading the save.
What happened?
Server crashed and burned.
What did you expect to happen?
The server to continue running and NOT crash. Somehow.
