[0.16.4] Crash after loading .15 map (ElectricSubNetwork::decrementLampCounts)

Hi,
about 10 seconds after loading my .15 map the game crashes because of a Lamp
Save and log attached.

while i love creating a new base, i'd kinda like my old one back

sorry, still happening in [0.16.11] ...
new log attached, same save.

i don't know why i haven't thought of it sooner, but quickly saving to a new save and loading that one fixed it.

while it seems i'm the only one with this problem, and i'm definitely happy with my solution, someone still might wanna look into that decement error

maybe there's a "fix when there is time" section

This other player had the same issue :

And it was confirmed to be solved in 0.16.3 (at least for the other dude).
Well ... as long as you can play, I'm fine
