[kovarex] [0.16.4] Lamps magicaly gain power

Hi,
I was testing my mod when I dicovered this:
When I place lamps they have obviously no power:
Then I just place a power pole (that is not connected to a power source, it's not connected to anything in this example),
and magicaly it gains a full power buffer:
I know some other mods that checks also on energy levels... And this realy creates awkward situations.. As it won't turn off things on low power status...
It's not an urgent bug, just one of many small things
