[0.10.8] Assembler placing bug

I made this 10 second video showing the bug I spotted.
I imagine it's the result of the change to assembler placement in 0.10.7/8.
To recreate:
Get an assembler tasked with making something
Take 2+ (I think) of a different assembler
Change the assembler, hold down the button, and move the mouse around (as if you were placing logistics bots).
