The "Effects" icons should have the same cell spacing as the "Cost" ones.

This is one of bugs from the big GUI rewrite that we failed to catch, thanks for help. It will be fixed in 0.16.3.

No problem. Nice it was fixed. Wasn't even sure if this was worth reporting
