I have a problem regarding loading a saved game. Yesterday i saved like I always do. Today, when I try to load the game, it crashes to desktop. The error message it shows is a standard one: "The program stopped working and will be closed" without any details about the error. The problem is connected with a yesterday's save and all three autosaved games. Reinstalling the game did not solve the problem.

I had an identical encounter and then it helped to upgrade from a stable 0.9.8 version to an experimental 0.10.6. This time upgrading to 0.10.8 did not help.

I count on your help in making those saved games work. Losing roughly 70 hours of playing would make me crash my laptop against the wall and I would like to avoid it

This is the same problem as https://forums.factorio.com/forum/vie ... f=7&t=5350. The bug will be fixed in the 0.10.9 and your save will be loadable again.
