TL;DR

Add an option to disable aliens completely when creating a new game

What ?

It's currently possible to have aliens be in "peaceful mode". I suspect this was added because 1) people want to play without aliens, but 2) you needed aliens to get alien resources:



However, getting alien resources is not needed anymore. So there should be an option to play without them completely.



The rationale behind this is that I'm not really interested in the alien aspect of the game, but even with peaceful aliens you need to care about it and research weapons because they will eventually get in the way.

You can set alien bases to none on map generation.
