[15.39] Placing Burner inserter shows powered area

Hi all! Why by placing of burner inserters we are see energy area of power poles?

Even if this was newly considered a bug, I would ask that it be reclassified as a feature.

When people place burner inserters, they often upgrade them to powered inserters. Seeing the power grid/layout is crucial for ease of setup for subsequent upgrades, otherwise the layout may have to be completely redesigned.

But you can see the range when you upgrade them. Also, I would say that very few people do that - most people either use extremely few, even none, for a few minutes early on, or are committed to use them somewhere for a long period of time. Rarely, if ever, do I place burner inserters with plans to upgrade, with very infrequent exclusions for a few minutes around the time when I get power.

However we consider it feature for reason mentioned by Jon8RFC and impetus maximus.
