I've had a consistent issue with Factorio in which the game freezes for about .25 seconds every three seconds. This freezing actually impacts the entire Windows GUI. If I have Factorio running and notice the freezing, I can slowly move a random window around on a second monitor and the window will freeze along with the game. This seems to go away if I do not have a web browser open when I launch Factorio however this is not always the case.

Make your post comply with: 52433 and 51319. Is your installation drive buzzy when the freezes occur?

I don't know what HW does your computer have, or what graphics settings you play the Factorio on, but I'd say your graphics card doesn't have enough video memory.
