[0.15.38] Blueprint + Inserter directions

Upon updating to 0.15.38 it seems that blueprints got borked. As shown in the gif below they always face the same direction in the preview.
Note: When blueprint is placed to be built they're facing the correct way. Only the preview is wrong.

This is a multiplayer server running the following mods
ShinyBobGFX
ShinyAngelGFX
RSO
Factorio NEI
Most if not ALL of Bobs
Most if not ALL of Angels
Arumbas Viewer Lighting Boost
Angels Addons - Ore Silos/Petro train/ pressure tanks/warehouses
