So I've looked for about a solid 2 hours looking for a mod that deals with adding in more oil options in refining and pumping out oil. I don't want 100000 new recipes or anything. I am looking just for production buildings. I can't seem to find anything that doesn't alter tons of other stuff any help?

Just a question : what's the need of new production buildings if there are no recipes designed for them ?

What exactly recipe are you need? Convert oil fluids back to crude-oil?

No just looking for better pumps in general.

Pumps have much higher throughput than pipes. If you want higher flow rates, then connect pump->tank->pump->tank without using any pipes.
