AngelBob-compatible Fuel Cells.

I've been playing seablock, and one of the major elements is using electrolyzers to produce slag and HHO from water. They (as they should) consume an enormous amount of electricity. As a suggestion for any modder, a potential angelbob (and possibly vanilla - using in-game petroleum gases) block that can convert various gases into electricity.

My current idea would be a chemical plant with a negative power consumption that only runs fuel cell recipes. I'd love to hear any ideas (and especially love to hear if it existed already, but I couldn't find much on it.)

It will be easier to make some "chemical-steam" with special boiler and special steam engine. No script is needed, better performance.

Solid fuel?

I would love the ability to use fluids as a fuel source directly.

pump liquid diesel into a locomotive
pipe petroleum gas into a boiler, or even a furnace.

Back in the days of 0.10, this was promised for 0.14 (which became 0.15 due to 0.14 being a multiplayer overhaul of 0.13) that we would have a fluid system overhaul, including fluid wagons for trains, and liquid fuels.

Well, some of it happened, just not the part I've been waiting for.
