Belt updgrades

Hello, newbie question here
I made my factory with careful planning to be upgraded later mostly into blue belts feeding. It goes well, main bus is pretty wide 64*4 lanes blocks in total (so 256 lanes of material) with heap of ballancers etc.
I have it all with yellow belts and now I want step forward to red ones - and upgrade main bus and stuff around (where it makes sense) into red belts. - and to blue later as my very very expensive settings (100 times research cost rate) allows it.

Any way to uplgrade main bus simpler way than manually? I have logistic robots but dunno how to force them to replace yellow belts to red ones.

In fact there are 2 problems.

1. I can deconstruct all yellow stuff via filters at deconstruct blueprint and then make red ones blueprints, but not sure how upgrade yellow blueprints to red ones without manualy "create them again"
2. Deconstruct by robots means move millions plates and other stuff recently waiting on belts - i did not found way just for replacing belt "under stuff" by robots - while manually it is possible.

Any gues from an experienced expert? :)

Thank you,
well, I am playing vanilla 0.15.37 and hoped for "system solution" I maybe overlooked myself, not for an external tool.

Any possibility without extra mods available? :)

That mod is made by one of the developers. I keep hoping that something like it will be integrated into the game.
There isn't anything in game, other than deconstruct, place a new blueprint.

afaik, that's in the works for blueprints in 0.16 (basically you can change the tier of belts or assembly machines in a blueprint with a few clicks instead of having to build it (at least in ghost form) from scratch).

That sounds interesting, just what I would need. Lets hope my factory will be compatible with 0.16.

It is? Where did you hear that? I've been hoping for it for a while, but I don't think I ever actually heard anything.

It is not on our to do list, but I like the idea of Upgrade planner, so it might become vanilla future some day.

I hope it does :)
