Hello,
Recently I had a problem, I can't pause the game. In the ESC menu, when I click on the 'pause the game' button, it does nothing. Here is a gif of it : https://imgur.com/F9JtTir.

Does somebody know why it does this ?

You are not the admin of the server of this save file.
Load and save the game in single player before loading it in MP to be admin.
