TL;DR

I suggest several variants of roboport upgrade. Sorry for bad english.

What ?

The current version of the roboport is not perfect and has errors in logic.
- There is no possibility to establish a limit of robots and repair pack.
- Mode of operation: OR logic. (read logistic network contents OR read robot statistics).
- There is no way to read how many repair packs are in the port.
Bug: Repair pack is only loaded into the roboport, unload it can not.

Since "Mode of operation" displays different signals (contents and virtual signal), they can be output both. Change the selection from radiobutton to checkbox.

As an option, introduce a new kind of robots: just for repair.

Why ?

It is difficult to control the robots along the perimeter of the bases, I hope that this will improve control.
