I just noticed that when I open the map I don't see any train station labels for my LTN stations. Is that normal or did I turn some option off?

Not really an LTN question.

You can turn labels on and off below the minimap. 2nd button from right.

Ah thanks. I thought it was something cause by having only LTN stations but I must have hit that button at some point or it defaults to off in recent version.
