User-defined power grids / production zones

What ?
User defined tabs in the Electric network info menu and Production menu, similar to the tabs "Items", "Fluids" and "Buildings" that are already there in the Production menu. A drawing on the map like mechanism could be used to define the different zones on the map.
Why ?
You could monitor more closely the energy consumption of specific parts of your factory remotely. I'm certain a lot of megabase builders would love this feature and it is in line with the "throne room" kind of concept that the developers once seemed to aim at, but let me know what you all think.
