Oil Yield Glitch In Level Editor

I was messing around in the level editor, and when I placed down an oil deposit, I couldn't edit the yield, it was stuck on 0%, Help?
Depending on the tool you either click and hold on the deposit or click multiple times.

What placement tool do you use? What are the settings of the tool?
