Crash on game start - Doesn't even get to logo

It worked perfectly fine yesterday. I was at v0.15.34.
- - I haven't changed anything I can remember. I thought it might be because of my video drivers being outdated but updating those haven't fixed it either.
- I have tried moving the %APPDATA% folder to see if anything in there was causing it, still didn't work.
- Tried running the game wtih Admin permissions, nope.
- Updated to the latest version 0.15.35, still didn't work.
- Verified game cache from Steam, nope.
