10x harder, nuclear power

Hello,
im using the mod 10x harder and have now played like 60 hours to get to the point where i can use nuclear power just to find out, that this mod obviosly has a bug with nuclear power. If i insert a uranium cell it gets burned almost instanly and produces almost no heat at all. It i turn off the mod and try it again, it works normal.
This kinda sucks because i wanted to finish this game on 10x harder.
Can anyone help me there? Can i just use a different mod that also does the same thing than 10x harder does, but works with nuclear power? Am i doing something wrong?
