In "Assembling machine 1" creating a "science pack 2" it says that as a raw material it needs an "inserter" which is definitely not a raw material. I booted up the game, made an "assembling machine 1" and hovered over "science pack 2" and it said it needed a inserter as a raw material. This is game breaking but still....

This isn't a bug, as every assembling machine/factory regards any material it cannot produce as a raw material.
Since an inserter requires 3 ingredients it cannot be produced in assembly machine 1, only 2 or 3 (or by the player).
For the same reason all assembly machines consider e.g. battery a raw ingredient, even though it is far from raw in the trivial sense.
