LTN has the option to wait two extra seconds to finish loading to clear any excess items some inserter might be holding. But if the request was for a full train then there is no place for the excess items to go and the inserter is left holding the excess items. Then when the next train arrives it gets the items. On mixed good stations this sometimes leads to the wrong goods being loaded.

It would be better if LTN always left a bit of space in the train. Since it depends on the number and type of inserters for the station and the stack limit maybe there could be a maximum provider limit.

Another benefit of this limit would be that slow stations, e.g. when you don't have fast inserters, could be limited to e.g. 1000 items per request. This would prevent the train from taking to long to load/unload and not run into the timeout.

Set "Locked Slots per Wagon" at requesters to prevent requests of 100% wagon capacity.

It's not a global setting or default since
1) multi item provider are rather uncommon in most rail setups and it would needlessly reduce throughput of all deliveries
2) it has to be tweaked according to the number of inserter/wagon and inserter stack bonus
