[15.34] graphical glitch: station wire should attach to arm

When the wires cross the tracks to get to the station and there's a train on the tracks, it looks wrong that the wire's apparently going right through the carriages, Move the wire attachment points to the signal arm and the wire drawing above the train would look right.
