[posila][0.15.34] disconnect underground pipes by rotating inbetween

Two connected underground pipes (say south-west) with one additional one in between them (facing north or south),
rotate the middle one so it connects with one of the outer ones,
rotate it back to north or south, now the outer ones are not connected anymore.
