when i open the game on steam it won work i get a pop-up saying error Failed to initialize display device! my computer info is attached to this (idk hot to do a image...)i also haven't played in a while plz help

Hi, try to reboot your computer first. AMD graphics drivers have been failing to initialize with DirectX 9 lately. If that doesn't help open Factorio properties in Steam Library and set launch options to

Can you post Factorio log? Located in %APPDATA%\Factorio\factorio-current.log (%APPDATA% is Windows directory, not Steam directory ... just post the path in filename field when selecting attachment here on forum and it will find the file)

At some point you might want to check out if those CPU temperatures are wrong readouts or not.

sorry it takes so long but I have to refresh to see your reply and I don't know when you do reply so...
and I never touched my driver so why is it wrong ( I didn't see the link yet)

The second one (with release data 3/1/2016) might be better, since it's newer, but it is marked as beta. It seems AMD doesn't support the graphics chip you have anymore, so there might be issues with installing old drivers on the new Windows.
The problem with your current driver is that it is default Windows driver, which provides subset of operations the graphics chip can do, which is good enough for office work or browsing web, but not good enough for current time games. What game have you played on that computer before you installed Factorio?
Can you remove --force-opengl, run it and then post new log? The current driver doesn't support OpenGL at all, I'd like to see what does it fail on in DirectX.
