Recently My friend has purchased Factorio and we were planning on playing Multiplayer together, unfortunately he ran into this error.

After looking around on discord servers we tried using "netsh winsock reset" to check if it was something to do with Lavasoft, did that and we still received the same errors. We tried using in-game browser to join, IP:Port joining and using Hamachi with a LAN, but we got no outcome except for the error.
